However, only one elevator on one side of the building caused some inconveniences, especially when it broke one day, leaving us to navigate multiple flights of stairs. I also heard some noise from children above me one night, which made sleep a bit tricky. Staff at the front desk were generally friendly and accommodating, but there was a moment where the response to an issue felt a little lackluster. Overall, I found the place enjoyable but with room for improvement.
